ten

i can't believe it.
sam is ten.
my heart swells at the thought. i am so happy to watch him grow into his own person, but he is still my little "sam man"...

and sometimes make me tear up a bit.

as a mom, my heart swells a bit more on their birthdays. i remember tom looking at me in the delivery room and saying "sammy, say hi to your mom!" i can't believe i've been a mom for a whole decade!
