our day started at the magic house!

after the magic house, we worked on finishing up louie's cake.

pinterest is a wonderful thing...it makes you feel like you are martha stewart!
and that any diy project is possible.
what they don't show you are what some of those projects look like when done
by real people. i think that would be a great idea for a pinterest board...
louie's angry birds cake is a perfect example of this...it is the process, not the product.
even though he was pretty excited about the creation since he helped make all of the angry birds.
it was a great day to celebrate louie.
our loving, caring, compassionate, energetic, silly, genuine seven year old.
