rain

let it rain.
it feels like it has rained so much these past few days.
i love the quiet night rain...minus the loud, jump out of your bed,
wake you from a dead sleep, claps of thunder...
i love the smell of the air after the rain has left...it calms my soul to the core.
i could sit and watch the rain fall...if i really had the time to sit and enjoy the rain.

jack had so much fun on friday afternoon in the rain.
i thought i would share and let the laughter rain in.

 he makes me smile.

the kid had mud, water, sticks, anything and everything stuck in those boots.

God had perfect timing with jack...he continues to be exactly what our family needs at the very moment we need it.

and when it rains on your parade,

look up rather than down.
